| Brief History: | The Black Forest Café & Caterers was started in March 1981 by Nick & Heidi M. Nikolaidis, at the current location on Main Street in Bethel, VT. Nick and Heidi began their catering career in New York City, working with large catering companies that catered to a very select clientele, including many heads of large corporations as well as local and foreign dignitaries. |
| Current Activities: | The restaurant is currently used only for catered private functions and meetings. We have numerous repeat clients and can cater any type of function: seminars, breakfasts, luncheons, dinners, barbeques, company picnics, weddings, parties. We also run concession stands at auctions and horseshows. We have earned a reputation for serving good food at reasonable prices. |
