Here are some general instructions and guidelines for use of the forum:

1) Anyone can read the forum.

2) Registration is required if you wish to post to the forum. This is necessary to keep spammers from clogging up the forums with garbage. I will never turn anyone who has a legitimate interest in the town of Bethel away from these forums, but you must register first.

A valid email address is required. You can create an account by clicking the <b>"Sign In"</b> link at the top right of every page. If you do not have an account, then click the "Apply for Membership" link.

Once your account has been activated, you will be able to post new discussions or reply to existing ones.

3) To reply to an existing discussion, while reading the discussion, simply enter your comments in the text box at the bottom under the heading "Add your comments". Please note, if you are not signed in to the forum, you will not have this option. To sign in, simply click the "Sign In" link at the top right of every page.

4) Please think before you write. Please be polite. Please be aware that this is a public forum and that anything you post will be available for anyone to see. When posting, please include your name with every post so people know with whom they are speaking.
